Thrive Gymnastics offers a variety of innovative classes to keep Middle and High School age students physically active and engaged in learning new skills! The sport or activity may differ, but each Thrive Gymnastics Program guarantees:

Gymnastics

A high energy gymnastics class designed for Middle School and High School aged girls with little or no experience in gymnastics to learn in a fun, safe and peer driven environment.  Gymnasts learn basic to intermediate level gymnastics skills while incorporating circuits that offer strength and conditioning. Students learn at their own pace and gain confidence as they master new skills. Each class incorporates all Olympic events and gymnastics based conditioning. Perfect for Tweens and Teens who want to try something new or pick up old skills!

Tumbling

This is the perfect class for improving coordination, flexibility and strength through the progression of basic, intermediate and advanced tumbling skills. These one hour tumbling classes are packed with instruction, drills and circuits that help students progress tumbling skills needed to complement competitive cheerleading and dance routines. Great for the cheerleader, dancer or gymnast who wants to have the extra edge on the competition!
